Christmas Chocolate nougat Recipe

Ingredients (for 2 tablets):

  • 100 gr. lard
  • 300 gr. milk chocolate
  • 250 gr. of dark chocolate
  • 80 gr. puffed rice
  • 1 empty milk carton for making two moulds

Preparation of the chocolate nougat:

  1. First, prepare the moulds. Cut an empty milk carton in half from top to bottom. Wash it well, dry it and grease it.
  2. Next, put the butter in a saucepan and melt it. Meanwhile, grate or chop the chocolate and add it to the butter. Keep it on the heat until the chocolate is well melted and we have a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Remove from the heat and add the puffed rice. Pour into the moulds and leave to cool in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
